How do you get an ipaq to work... like I can't touch the screen with the pointer and its not responding. Thanks!!

I had the same problem with my ipaq. I called Hewlett Packard and they walked me through a hard reset. But that did not work. In the end they sent me an empty box. With a return adress. I placed my ipaq in the box and sent it to the adress listed on the box. They called me and told me that the screen would have to be replaced, and that since it was still under warranty it would get replaced free of charge. Ipaq warranty i believe is for one year after purchase unless you pay extra for an extended warranty. Just call up HP!

Poke the reset hole with your stylus. It's usually on the back of your handheld.
