Other than adding an additional networking interface for a wireless connection (i.e. a Wi-Fi USB dongle), there is always the option of using a Wireless Bridge. Basically, a Wireless Bridge acts as a wireless client to an Access Point/Wireless Broadband Router and hooks into a computer with a standard wired ethernet cable. So, you'd plug a bridge into the existing Network Card and then configure the bridge to connect to your wireless network, and then all data would be sent from the computer through the bridge to the wireless network.

The best thing to do if you don't want to change the card out, is buy a USB network adapter. You can pick one up for about $30 - $40 at Walmart. They're very easy to setup. Just follow the directions and you wont have a problem.

Umm...no. network cards are either hard wired OR wireless....not both ( or at least I haven't seen one that is.)
