From experience i don't think they do, my son has a bedwetting problem and i alway have him put on what we call night time pants before bed. The Pull ups or easy ups don't hold as much as the good night by huggies. But the pull ups or easy ups also look more like underwear and less like diapers than the good nights. I think there may be less overall coverage but i don't know how it is for girls really as my daughter does not have this problem.

no they don;t, regualr diapers are designed to hold in wetness away from babies skin, easy ups are designed to let a child know when they are wet so they can get used to the idea of going to the bathroom.

I am not trying to be mean, but it sounds like you don't plan on changing it often... More urine on the skin is the opposite of the goal...Try changing every two at most 3 hours.
