Secret Service is for the president. Capitol Police is for Capitol Hill.

Not under normal circumstances. Members of Congress receive separate protection except in the case of Senator Clinton who is protected by Secret Service as an ex-first lady.

yes they do, and any member can have secret service if they request it,, because of problems.. it would appear that a lot of them would need it according to how they vote...
