Depends of the day of the week. On Saturday I'll wait 20 minutes to go for the 2ND round.

there's a couple of reasons: first, since the way a penis becomes erect is through an influx in the blood supply we can logically figure that the blood has to come from somewhere, which is the rest of our body. as a result the brain is deprived of its normal blood/oxygen supply for the duration that his penis is hard. second, sex requires energy, using energy makes a person tired. third, the release of endorphins as a result of the sexual high require that the body "come down" after orgasm. Coming down from the "high" tricks the body into thinking it's tired. so in summary: our brains have been deprived of oxygen and blood, we have just expelled a lot of energy and we're "coming down" from an endorphine high. these three things make the body feel very tired and want to rest, so sleep comes easily.

Well, there is a scientific explanation.
When guys ejaculate, their brain produce some chemical substances (norepinephrin, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, nitric oxide...) that make them feel very tired and slow down their blood pressure, which was quite high while they were having sex.
The excitement disappears after having ejaculated.
Luckily for them, women are totally different. If a woman has an orgasm, her excitement will decrease very slowly, allowing her to have another orgasm unlike guys....

bcuz were tired woman? dont u think u will be tired to o if u did all the work in the top? and after u *** mens body relexes all at once so we lose energy cuz it feels good

because they just released 1/2 of what it takes to make a child, and their whole genetic makeup as well. im sorry, should i NOT be tired after this lol.

Because they just had a workout and used all of their energy. My boyfriend loves to cuddle after, so I enjoy it :)
