I never thought about washing before,it makes alot of sense,but I do always wash after whether in public or at home!

When I had a job that required handling a lot of money, I would wash before and after. Or, if I have been working on a messy chore, or outside in the yard, I have washed before and after.

I wash after and sometimes I wash before. I can not stand public restrooms so I try to avoid them as often as possible.

I only wash after... and I use a lot of toiletpaper to make a little seat cover over the seat...
