There is some violence and death as people die when the ship sinks.
Kate Winslet does appear nude for a very short period. If you have a problem with these children seeing nudity then steer clear. The scene is done in a classy way, as he is drawing her portrait.
It all depends on the children seeing it and their maturity level. If they are mature for their age, then let them see it. If not, wait a few more years.
For the record, the movie is rated PG-13.

Just the part with the painting being done. Even that I dont think is very inappropriate.
The sex scene wasnt graphic it was more left up to the imagination.
Oh and the 1300 people dying and floating around frozen might be a little harsh for the 11 year old.

Pretty much the whole movie is inapropriate from my point of few. Except for the destruction & sinking part...that wasn't half bad.

Well, there's that one scene in the vehicle.... nothing hard core, though.... just hinting that they are busy having- you-know-what...
The scene in which Kate Winslet is naked was done tastefully.

They do it in a car down in the cargo hold. I don't think it is inaapropriate. So what, no one cares. Everyone knows people are naked beneath their clothes.
