Not enough information. What are you supposed to do? Factor it? Solve for x?

Beats me too!

I got through it a long time ago but seems I remember that you need a formula of a sort and sequences.

On the other hand, it is on either way, you'll need a professor to sort it out or you need a shrinker.

oh please, you just factor out the common term...

= x^2 (3x^2 +12x -13x^3 + 1 - 2x^5)


Now do your own homework, scrub

Reorder it in descending power, fill in missing powers with 0x^n, Find p/q and use synthetic division.

Beats me. I'm a bit rusty on Algebra...but I think you need to learn your proofs (there's only twenty or so)
