Looking for information about a mini cartoon movie, that aired in between shows on 'old Nickeloden.?

All I remember about this mini cartoon movie was that it had a small bule smart@ss cat who was playing darts with a human person, and this cat was trying to distract him. The human ended up winning. Thanks.
