you just have to twist it out, try twisting it and pulling, not hard..but just until you find the way the bar works and it should just come right out

I used to have a screw in my nose, you have to pull and turn at the same time. If you can't get it, go to where you got it done at and ask them to show you how or do if for you.

Definitely go back to your piercer and have them change it for you. It's always recommended that the first time you change the jewelry in ANY piercing, you have a professional do it. If not, it raises the chance of infection.

Good luck! :)

I had the same problem.
Does the jewlery they placed in your nose form the shape of a hook?
If so, you have to bend the hook with your finger until it straightens out enough for you to pull it out of the hole.
If you try this and still can't get it, email or IM me and I'll try to describe in fuller detail.
Good luck.
