you will more than likely have a site which relates to your particular property in Scotland. The local estate agents and surveyors will have access to this site but they have to pay a fee. I think on average the fee can be £1000. In Sheffield there is a site called bhppropertyfile. It tells you what the property was advertised at, what it sold for and when it sold. This site give you load of detail but you could go and try myhouseprice.co.uk or ourproperty.co.uk
