George Seifert. He won two Superbowls running Bill Walshes system and was a complete bust in Carolina. Of all the people the 49ers had to choose from in the 90's Mike Holmgren, Mike Shanahan, etc. They definitely did not take a head coaching genius. I would say Seifert was great in not screwing up a good system but I think he gets more credit than maybe deserved. If it was another Coach the 49ers might have won won 3 or 4 Superbowls in the Late 80's and 90's instead of 2.

maximum puffed up team earlier the season grew to become into the Cowboys, which not all human beings realizes that they suck. As of ideal now i might say that the main puffed up team is the Steelers, their protection isn't the comparable and that offense isn't that useful. puffed up NFL participant, Miles Austin! He had a sturdy 12 months final 12 months and all people thinks hes Jerry Rice, hes dropped a ton of balls this 12 months and isn't a precise 10 WR. puffed up coach, Caldwell...he didnt construct the Colts team in any respect and Peyton Manning is extremely the coach of that soccer team

It certainly is NOT Bill Parcells.

He resurrected THREE different fanchises that hadn't won in years taking all three to conference finals, and two superbowl wins.

Dallas made the playoffs with him, although they didn't get far. I don't think he had the same spirit and energy in Dallas. Maybe he's been overrated the past two years, but that doesn't make him the most overated off all time.

Unfortunately I would have to say Parcells. This guys career has almost become a joke considering how many times he has retired and came back only to fall flat on his face. I think everyone could see it coming with nothing but disaster when he joined the Cowboys. There was no way on Earth he could coincide with Jerry Jones. Sure he won some SuperBowls, but that was a while ago. He also has the wins to back it up, but I think the guy should have just stayed retired when he had the chance instead of putting a big black eye on his career.

I would be hard-pressed to find anyone who is overrated, as it is so hard to pinpoint the success or failure of a team to the caoch in many cases

Most of the time the only reason Coaches are Touted is because they can pay the bills. I didn't really think much of Steve Mariucci. Walsh kind of handed him the franchise. He really couldn't fail...then he did.

Bill Belichek....I know some may disagree with me but I don't think he's the best nfl coach. if he is so great he would have won with his other teams such as Cleveland....
