I need to split my fish tank in half. Its a 55 gallon. I have seen pictures of this type of thing but I need to know more. A website that sells these would also be a great help. Thank you all!

my dad built a divider out of plexglass works real good for my 75 gallon plus its real cheap!!

most petstores sell tank dividers and one for a 55 gal. tank like yours would cost about $15 to $20.

go to any petstore and look for a tank divider. i prefer the screen ones they will keep agressive fish back better. make sure this fits your tank exactly though because any small fish will find its way under or beside it believe me ive seen ir many times with my parents tank.

Either you local or on line pet store or EBay...
Also, what do you want to split it for (fresh / salt) aquarium/terrarium) or just for fish that don't get along?
If you can share the water you put SMALL holes to let the water circulate. Either way, I would recommend a filter on either side.

on account which you have a 5 gallon it truly limits the variety of fish. yet there continues to be some fish you're able to have in there. Like Guppies, Tetras, and a Betta. Plus you're able to desire to put in some Ghost Shrimp and a few Snails to assist clean it and in addition they're cool to visual demonstrate unit.

Petsmart and Petco sell tank dividers. Most any aquarium shop should have them so ask.

go to a local pet store and pick up some mesh,or even a hardware store but make sure the mesh is rust proof.

At all good local pet shops they should have little cover things you can put on the walls often have seaweed and that on them :D

go to your local pet store and buy a clear tank devider for your tank if they dont have one let them know what size you need and ask if they can special order it for you
