in the first temple, u get it from Ook(the big butt monkey) in a fight that simple all u do is knock him off the totems hit him and dodge his boomarang

You will find the air boomerang in the Forest temple and you will get it from the Monkey that slaps his butt.

you have to gather the first four monkeys in the forest temple and cross the long rope which leads you to a miniboss (a baboon). defeat it and you will get the gale boomerang

You find it in the first temple, which is in the forest temple! You have to beat a mini boss (who looks like a baboon), or order to get it.
