Depends on your area.. and the size of the house and how much of the support need to be replace and or repaired.. what is normally done is that they jack up the house and put it on metal supports and then put in place new metal "I" beam and depending on the length and the hardness od installed prces can vary from anywhere inbetween 2k- 12k .. i hope the lesser side for your sake.

House Support Beams

If it's a one story house and there is adequate access to the crawl space, you would be surprised at how cheap you could do it for. It involves heavy-duty jacks being placed in select locations and then jacking up the floor until it is all completely level. After this, new support beams will be either placed alongside to reinforce the existing support beams, or the existing support beams will be replaced by the new ones. If everything works in your favor you could get this done for around 1000 bucks.

What complicates the process is if there is ductwork, piping, or electrical that was installed under the house and would have to be removed before making repairs to the support beams.

It is still safe to say that you shouldn't have to spend OVER $4000. This is a worst case scenario, however.

Good luck!

It depends how bad they are & you might have 2 hire someone 2 do the job we almost did that but we had someone give us a price & it wasn't worth it but if U can do it on your own it could be cheaper we got the price of $20,000.00 out of our price range
Good Luck
