It would be horrible. People would go back to having both hands on the steering wheel, (except when it's time to pick their nose, or "one finger salute" other drivers.) They would see what other family members look like. There would be a mad rush to libraries all over the world. TV guide would be a hard thing to find. Companies would be changing their names to something without a .com at the end. Actual encyclopedias would be taken off the wood pile and opened again. Families would have to sit around the kitchen table together again. Pornography would be back on the magazine shelves. But, the scariest part would be........... Bill Gates would be designing replacements for the PC. And the best part........ I would be in bed way before midnight. Oh! And Gramma would go back to playing bingo. (Did I miss anything?) Give me time, and I'm sure something else will "FESTER" up. Words that we have come to know will take on different meanings. Download would be a bathroom phrase, hard drive would be a car trip without DVD players in every seat, 12v receptacles would go back to being used for cigarette lighters. Clark Kent would be able to find a phone booth to change in again. To be continued............................

We would read more just for the enjoyment of reading. Families would spend more quality time together talking, playing board games, and enjoying each others company. I grew up in a home without television or telephone and my memories of it are very good. Once a television came into the house-family nights no longer existed. We were too busy fighting over what we were going to watch.

Most of humanity does NOT have access to cell phones, the internet, or television. So I guess the western world would go on at a slightly slower pace than it currently does.

Ignoring evolution for the 2d, I nevertheless question your anthropomorphocentric veiwpoint. As in, it type of feels which you regard human beings as some sort of top or perfection. If human beings are certainly the centre of a writer's plan or comparable, why in the international did the writer 'difficulty' with the production of lots of diverse species? Why, certainly, create something different than this international upon which we can stay. Why do we hint our genetic ancestry back, produce phylogenic maps of our previous? If we are the products of advent, then particularly we are a made from a single action, no longer the end results of a series of activities? in case you observe lex parsimonae, admittedly in a manner it particularly is fairly the inverse of its logic, and you anticipate the function of a writer because of the fact the writer of humankind as we see ourselves, then the irrefutable historical past of progression of the two our species, those that encompass us and definitely our image voltaic gadget can not be defined satisfactorily by ability of the seen a writer of guy. it would hence be that the 2d hypothesis - human beings because of the fact the made from a technique - be common. Mesage me for clarification, in case you like.

We actually have to learn how to have real conversations again, learn how to really interact with people not machines. Heavens, we might even get to know our next door neighbours and rebuild our communities and our society. Yes there would be panic and some chaos but there is an up side in having to have human contact.

Decentralized existance. We would resort to a more community based system of information transfer, and things would go back to the social order fo the past.

Humans would probably react like the depression of 1929. Some humans committed suicide, some lost everything because they couldn't handle it. It would probably be an emotional upheaval.

Most would panic, then those who rely on it least would probably be the first to try to get their lives moving without it. The rest may or may not resort to total craziness.
