if you used outlook you can try recalling the message.

Open the message in a new window. In the Tools there is an Action selection and you can Recall the message.

Sometimes you can recall it sometimes it doesnt. Just pray that it does.

Email works like sending you usually mail.. once you put in the mailbox, it's impossible to get it back... even it's not getting to the recipient...

Because email involves two parties and two servers that will manipulate an email.. your mail server will release once you sent the email.. and the copy will be sent to the recipient server and kept it.. so it's best to use draft before you actually wrote any email and many email services and softwares can actually do that..

so, my advise is always put in draft before you send, so if something needs to be changed, you can always do so before it is sent perfectly.

hope this helps.

If you recall it via Outlook the recipients will see that you recalled a message... it's best to just step away from the keyboard when you're feeling verbose and emotional, IMHO.
