What predators?

Humpback whales are a little too big to be attacked by anything. The calves have to be careful as they are small enough to be attacked....they just stick close to their mother, though.

The only predator an adult humpback has is a human with a harpoon. The near extinction of humpback whales is a good indictor that they are not very good at escaping from those predators.

They live in the water. And they eat plankton.
