Yes. When I had to cover mine for cheerleading, they told me just to tape it and id be fine. You might also want to wear a cami or beater over it to prevent something from catching on it.

Definitely wait til the season's over. Streching and sweating in the ring can cause infection, and that's the LAST thing you wanna deal with during basketball season! It takes at least 6 months to heal, so try to get it done during a time where you won't be stretching it as much. Good luck!

Wait till the season is over, but remember all those extra piercings are for people who need to draw attention to themselves and I'm sure your cute enough without them.

Wait till the season is over or you'll risk getting a nasty infection.

yes tape can work. im in sports too and have my belly button pierced. it will keep it safe from any harm. but, i would suggest to use bandades instead, because it will not irrate your piercing/skin. good luck =)

It probably wouldn't work b/c of you stretching and if you sweat. The tape would come off too easily.

I'd suggest waiting, as they are very easily infected and irrated. It's best not to risk it getting pulled or something else happening to it. :)
