Most people breath in through their nose and out through their mouth when running because it is supposed to be easier, but I personally have never found this to be true. I always just do a little extra cardio activity like a stationary bike or row machine for thirty minutes a day so that I get tougher physically.

I will give you my opinion and hope it is helpful. the unessicary detail such as the dead dog molly and detail about her laptop and basket ball hoop was confusing. Its best to stick with the details that most charaterize the character and develop the situation. I think that the relationship with her best freind as the "sister she never had" and her frustration with all her brothers and lack of self-esteem, are important feelings to emphasis but the story at the moment is too dense. spread it out and let the situation develop as the character and plot develops. I had to reread the part about carte giving her flowers because it wasn't clear what was going on. just try and make it flow, don't overwhelm the reader and remeber this, no matter how good your writting is, a good book always has a point.

In in out. In in out. While jogging practice breathing in through your nose twice in a row while making two steps, then breath out through you mouth while taking two more. Keep this rhythm to prevent cramping. Breathing in through your nose will actually warm the air before it hits your lungs. This will prevent any pain you have been feeling in your chest or lungs.

my husband has been playing sports for about 17 years and he said that it is best to breath in by nose and out by mouth, because the nasal passage will humidify and clean the air coming into the lung. plus when you first start any sport, you have to get use to the sport so hang in there.

Try to keep a steady pace. Dont go fast and then slow down. As for breathing just take slow steady breaths. Try to breathe through your nose if you can.

umm i dont think it matters "how you breath". if you're lungs and chest really hurt then you probably need to get more conditioned. but you could have a problem like asma or sumthin then get an inhaler.
