Can I go as Marilyn Monroe to a Las Vegas themed party?

Like the typical white dress, red lipstick yada yada.

If not, any other ideas?

Absolutely! She was famous when I was a child and is still an idol of mine. I have read many articles and novels about her and watch almost every program and documentary they make about her.
If you can get the same kind of dress she wore when she stood over the grate in the sidewalk, I think it would be a smash at the party.
