this person robert g. rossi has forged some documents .and he was in prison but i can't find him. where do i look and i t needss to cost no money. he was suppose to sign in where ever he lives. but he changes his name all the time. how do i find a person like this. need someoe help please.

his name is robert george rossi or robert george naples or robert george polmaskitch. he has changed my daughters birth cerifcate and he needs to be punished for forging her last name. he is aka so many times plus he has a criminal recordfor child abuse.found out he was in prison for being a sex ofender. so please let's put him back in prison. so how do i find him with out paying money.
