The dangers of obesity, stem cell research, cancer research, cigarettes and whether they are more addictive now, anti depressant issues with younger patients, the lack of health insurance for many Americans (if you are in America), the state of the national health care system, whether the poor receive the same or less quality health care, the positive affect a pet can have on someones health, the affect of laughter on someones health and the effectiveness of humor programs that some hospitals have implemented (having a TV channel that only plays comedies, or having clowns visit the patients), the problems that can be caused by lead poisoning in children. It might help if you know someone that is being treated for something specific. You could ask them to allow you to interview them as well as their doctors and get first hand information on their diagnosis and treatment as well as statistics about that ailment. You might also visit a hospital where patients are treated for the given ailment.
