theres soo many ppl havent even thought of...liike the niners use to use a lineman as a reciever, then theres, what my high school team did once was have 5 wr on one side of the field in a tight group, shift the O-line 10 yards over, all 5 recievers run hail mary, line falls down to basically take out all the tackles and linebackers, and the qb ran

There's a bootleg, a fumblerooski, halfback option, direct snap to a man in motion, double- reverse-pitch-back-to-the-qb-flea-flicker, the one where the qb stands up and looks like he's yelling at someone and the center snaps to the halfback for a quick run up the middle.

snap the ball directly to the full back and have QB block for him, this will give you about 6 yard on a 3rd down and 5 (more or less). it has to be on a 3rd down becouse they are expecting the pass and because you'll have the full back and no half back and 3 or 4 recievers. have one receiver motion in and have him help the QB with man power to block.
