SAT prep courses any helpful?

i want to take Sylvan SAT prep. I had a 1980 on PSAT and havent taken the SAT yet but I want to get into a good college so I want like 2200. Are the SAT courses offered by such organizations helpful?

These standardized tests are as much about learning how to take them, then acquiring the knowledge to do the problems. So, any test prep course is usually better than none.
