My really good friend has absolutely no self confidence in herself. She is completely gorgeous yet she won't even say out loud that she is pretty. and she thinks she is not good at anything. She does not act depressedor down in the dumps or anything, but I can tell how she really feels sometimes. How can I help her see that she is beautiful both inside and out???

Wow, you're a really good friend. Idk what would really help, but I think u should continually compliment her when she does something she's good at, and maybe tell some of your other friends to help her too by doing this? I also think it might help to go out in a group and meet people and do different things outside of school. Being in new and different social situations where you excel and have a good time can do woners for self-confidence. Just go meet up with some cute guys and hang out, and she will start to build self-confidence in herself.
