Anything is possible. The thing that can help you the most is try to relax and not burn yourself out. If you stressed too much over this you will certainly cause yourself to not do as good.
The SAT is a bullshit thest. All it is there fore is to filter people. I never did good on those types of tests becuase I have never been good at time limits. With enough time I can solev the problem. I especially got killed in the language portion. I'm a slow reader. I do have good retention and comprehention of what I read. The test does not test how smart or how much you know. It doesn't even test how well you can solev problesm. All it does is test how well you take tests. When you join the work force the important thing will be to get your job done on time and that the job is well done. That is no errors or things that will be costlier later. It does not matter wether you can read a 100 page manual in 4 ours or 2 days. What matters that things get done by the due date.

I don't know if there is a possibility. Sometimes people's potentials have been maximized and sometimes not. Maybe you could try studying differently for each practice test to improve your score. Once, during my many times, my math score jump up 100 points from the previous. Just don't take too many SATs so that they don't seem any different and special and start to slack. Good luck!

Get a good night's sleep, get up early, get a good breakfast, try and stay relaxed, and don't worry. You can always take the test over. The higher scores will apply and if you get a lower score on the retest, you still keep the higher score on the first test.
An extra note: I still remember a math question about a car going uphill at 50mph for a mile and then going downhill at 70mph for a mile. I quickly thought the average mph would be 60mph. Guess what? If you figure it out, it won't be 60mph avg.

I've never taken the SAT but I know that when I took practice GRE tests I was only getting in the 450s for the verbal and 600s for the quant sections but when I took the real test I got a 760 on the quant and a 600 on the verbal. So, who knows, anything is possible.

Statistics have shown that taking the test multiple times only results in an improvement of a few points. Just focus on the sections you have the most difficulty on with the practice and try to pump up that area.

maybe but the pratice ones are usually a lot easier than the real ones, and plus, you'll be more nervous on the actual test date so that can affect your score
but good luck.

Sure, but be careful of answering things in the test with "my" when you mean "me."
:)
Good luck! Get some sleep before the test.
