I'm looking for a program to remove song vocals. Preferably free.

Well, if you are looking for something to sing with (but no other vocals to get in the way), or something of that sort...I have a pretty good software for you to use....

It's basically a Midi-File player of songs. It's dominately used for guitar tablature, but the cool thing is that it doesn't have the vocals.

And to get the song that you want, you will have to use a guitar tab site...

Search for the song in the little white box, download the power tab one, and play it using the little play arrow.

I seem to remember that there are some karaoke jukebox type programs online that claim to be able to remove vocal tracks for karaoke use. I couldn't tell you anything about their effectiveness, though.

im not too sure if you can i havent tried it but what you might want to do is get an mp3 editing program. a good place to start is @ www.cnet.com. hope everything worx!!!

why dont you just download the instrumental of the song you want?
