1. stay course -- maintain course.
2. send more troops.
3. more health benefits to USA citizens.
4. help Africa to fight disease, HIV etc.
5. make news and waves about darfur.
6. stop Iran nuclear ambitions.
7. put north Korea on the watch list for nuclear ambitions.
8. keep the middle east safe from falling over to extremists.
9. excellent p.r. in introducing 3/4 people of what America has to offer -- courage, business sense, humbleness etc.
10. you have to give it to the man -- it was not only the content of the message but the way that was delivered that counts...and Bush, stood there as President of the strongest nation on earth.

tax breaks for lower income families if they purchase health insurance, lower dependency on foreign oil, Iraq surge, immigration reform (no amnesty) but a guest worker program. Thats the main ones.

Did he make any points? Seriously, it sounded like the same old bla bla bla. It sounded like a bunch of pretty stories of bravery to get more support for Iraq. I am not saying they weren't brave, I am saying he used them to serve his own purposes. Just more of his same old rhetoric, just sounding a little more somber to seem less stupid. He has said nothing new.
