You need to talk to your mum or see your GP. There are a lot of variables. How old are you? Are you sexually active? Had you fallen or injured yourself down there? It doesn't sound like a period to me.
Another thing it could have been was from your rear end. If you were doing number 2 and either squeezed or wiped too hard you could have caused a little tear around your anus. This can sometimes leave a trace of blood. If this is the case, it will heal by itself.
No matter what the cause you need to speak to someone. Its a terrible waste of energy worrying about something that might be nothing. You will only make yourself sick.

if 2 or 3 months ago was the last time u had any blood at all and u r sexually active, then chances are u r pregnant. u may not be. have u changed ur diet or have an extreme change in ur stress level?? something like that will stop ur period. my best advise is to go to the doctor and have it checked out

When I was about 13 yrs old I had my first period. It scared me so bad I asked GOd to please stop this period and I didn't have another for a year. I didn't want to grow up and I felt that was a big step into womanhood. Sometimes after your period starts you may skip some months. My daughter has always skipped some months--but she hasn't been pregnant. I believe that was the very beginning of a period for you. Don't worry.

If you were sexualy active for the first time that may have been it .If it was your first period you may not have another show for a month or so.Do you think you are pregnent?
Take a home test if you do .
Normaly as long as you have no discomfort as burning you are OK.Talk to your mom if you can or another woman .Don't worry .

Don't be scared if you have started your periods recently then they will be irregular spotting at times heavy at other times. If you have had sex go to a well woman clinic or talk to a adult woman you can trust. Your mom hopefully.
Take Care

If that was your "first period" then it's not unusual to go months without having another one. However if it wasn't your first and you are sexually active then you really need to seek medical advice.
