Maybe he's homosexual, bisexual, or even straight. Maybe he just cares about his appearance. Some guys find hairy legs unclean. I mean, how would you feel is you woke up every morning with a friggin jungle on your legs? lol Everyone has their own reason, so try to think of your own! Or... you could casually ask them? Nothing. Just means he doesn't like hair. Some women don't shave their legs so maybe the men are making up for that.

You say he is not into sports, but is he into bodybuilding. Most bodybuilders shave their bodies in order to show the definition they have worked hard for.
If not he may be OCD and not like unsightly hair.
He may think he is to pretty and therefore quite feminine. Maybe even gay. Just ask him why he shaves his legs.
Lastly are you sure that he shaves his legs. He just may not be hairy.

He dont leg hairy legs and wants to show off the muscles of his calf, thighs...when wearing those tight shorts, bermudas....hahahahahaha... now if they shave those hair from the chest.....run!!!!

maybe he just has a hair "thing" maybe it bothers him... i have known people who shave their arm hair cuz they have this "thing".
