Sunny Day
Sweepin' the clouds away
On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get,
How to get to Sesame Street

Come and play
Everything's A-OK
Friendly neighbors there
That's where we meet

Can you tell me how to get
How to get to Sesame Street

It's a magic carpet ride
Every door will open wide
To Happy people like you--
Happy people like
What a beautiful

Sunny Day
Sweepin' the clouds away
On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get,
How to get to Sesame street...
How to get to Sesame Street
How to get to...

I'm an alto/tenor ..so I usually have to sing things by guys cuz most female singers sing too high for me..except for Toni Braxton and Alanis Morrisette..so maybe "Unbreak My Heart" or "Ironic"..back in the days when I did karoake I sang those or "If You Could Only See" by Tonic and of course Pat Benatar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot"

Well, the voice ain't as good as it was and 20 years plus back I used to do a killer version of Crying (Roy Orbison) but these days, I'd do an original. I have a country rock song (very upbeat though) called Down The Road that I wrote for my grandaughter, whom I'm hoping in a few years will record it. Then again, think I'd prefer her to do it!

I would sing "Take Me To Funky Town (Just Like That)" which was written by myself. You can find the lyrics online somewhere.
