I think that it is more likely that the dream is expressing a fear of losing your friend rather than a subconscious desire for her to die as suggested by a previous answerer.
If you do have a fear of losing your friend and/or your friendship, talk to her about it. Depending on how you think she would react (ie: if she would be upset by it), you might consider telling her about the dream and see what her thoughts are as to what the meaning might be (especially since she knows you much better than I or other people on Y!A do).
