Im thinking of getting some more fish for my 20 gallon tank. Some that dont grow too big, that are not agressive and can be kept in a freshwater community. Please tell me of some fish I might be able to find at petsmart, petco or anoother store that sells fish in Dallas, Texas.

Don't know wht ptsmrt, ptco is selling in dallas. Is your tnk a 20 long or a 20 high? Go 2 a privately owned shop and try, if you like rasboras and neon tetras, or just any small, colorful tetra. Add a few spotted corydoras catfish & you're 'In Like Flint'. PS: I've only gone to a few ptcos or ptsmrts-they are murder on delicate tetras. Good luck

If your looking for fish that will make people look twice at your tank try finding Glass catfish, they are see through.
How about spotted headstanders (yup, they are tipped up on their heads) Ever see upside down catfish? Even dwarf aquatic frogs are fun. If you cant find them ask the store if they can bring them in. good luck

Platies, swordtails, Danios, tetras, glass fish, plecostamus, algae eaters, cats, female Betta, guppies, gouramis, angel fish(if you don't have guppies)the angels n ip at their fins. Stay away from cichlids(the angel is a cichlid) just not as aggressive as lets say Dempsey but are still territorial and a lil aggressive. Dojo loach, kuhli loach(orange and black striped). Stay away from mollies as they are highly susceptible in fresh water to ick. Mollies are good for brackish and salt water. I hope some of these help you.

Zebra danios are a fun and active fish. Gold barbs are also active, a little more brighter, depending on your fish currently in your tank, you could put some tiger barbs in there..this would be alot easier if you told us what you have in there right now. www.Elmersaquarium.com for more information on freshwater fish.

swordtails, tetras, guppies, and angelfish are awesome! They are easygoing and are docile around other fish. Also, they do not grow very big, with an exception of an angel fish.

rainbows are really awesome and fairly new to the aquarium world -- don't know if you can find some now -- but maybe in the next few years --
killifish are great too -- once again hard to find and kind of pricey
there are pix on drsmithandfoster.com but it doesn't give me an address to the pages.

i like the tiny colorful varieties, b/c otherwise you can't put many in that size tank and it's more interesting to have more them.

You say "more' But without knowing what you have, who can HONESTLY tell you what you could safely add....some fish are not compatible with others...
Edit..How many and what sizes are what you have?
