In a previous season of 24, Jack Bauer is forced to shoot another agent (I think) execution style. Who was th

They fly to a trainyard in a helicopter. Jack has the agent kneel down and he shoots him in the back of the head. The bad guys come over in a van and pick up the body. Who was the actor who played the agent Jack executed and what was his character's name? Also, if you know the season and the episode, that would be great.

His name in the show was Ryan Chappelle the actors name is Paul Schulze. This incident happens in season 3 episode 17.
