It is very normal to be afraid of cancer, especially at your age, ask your Mom what the little red mark is, she might have them too.

No, it's not cancer. Breast cancer isn't apparent on the skin, it develops in the breast tissue, not the skin. Since you're terrified of cancer, talk to your parents or your school counselor if it's disrupting normal thinking. The red dot is probably nothing, just keep an eye on it but don't worry about it being breast cancer.

I don't think that's cancer cuz cancers cannot be seen unless they're very big in size.U can't simply see it on the outside! U can only feel a lump in your breast and that's when u should go to the doc.If u still feel insecure,go to the doc now.
And u said ur 13 right? Then it's even more unlikely to have cancer at such a young age cuz u haven't had your period yet!Remember that good eating habits and adequate exercise will prevent cancer.Avoid too much chicken cuz they r likely to cause breast cancer among women.A girl in china had her first period at the age of 6 cuz she had eaten chicken EVERY SINGLE DAY in the past.Unless the chickens aren't vaccinated with hormones that helps reproduction, the girl won't suffer from this.

I doubt it is cancer. Probably just a pimple, ingrown hair, or beginning of a rash/allergic reaction. If you are really worried, go see a dermatologist and he/she can tell you for sure if it is cancer or acne.
