I got my nose pierced in October and was told that I had to wait until the end of Jan. to take it out. Well the time has come and I have no idea how to pick the "right" one. One that is SAFE and will not make my nose fall off.

I want a NOSE SCREW because I was told it was safer. Also I want just a SMALL stud. A small ring would be nice too the hugs closely to my nose.

Any help is appreciated. (IF YOU HAVE YAHOO, IM ME WITH YOUR ANSWER)

Fair shipping charged , good variety of body jewelry.
18 g is standard size for nose bones / screws. The bigger the number gauge, the smaller (thickness wise) of the bar.
In other words, you are better off with a size 16, 18 or 20 gauge for your nose piercing.
Enjoy!
