Apparently, for everything that happens, there is a positive and a negative affect. ( symbols? 1010101)
What is this called and where can I find the best info on this?

That's not necessary true. For everthing that happens there is an equal and OPPOSITE effect, not negative.

This is Newtons second law: The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

So I guess I don't understand the meaning of your question.

symbols?? i dont get ur question
but
protons have a positive charge +
neutrons have no charge ( dont know symbol)
electrons have negative charge -

Forces are neither positive nor negative.

A force is either attractive or repulsive.

as far as symbol is concerned:
0 - is not negative
1 - may be positive or negative
