How can i increase how much i can carry?

you can increase the amount of things you can carry
by increasing your strength (if you level up more str skills you get a higher bonus multiplier to leveling up str when you level up)
by casting Feather
by casting Fortify Strength
by drinking potions / eating ingredients that fortify Strength

NOTE:
if you look at the MAP, you can "FAST TRAVEL" to locations by selecting them.
Basically, you can DUMP your items in one particular spot that you can always fast travel too. e.g in town etc
Saves a lot of Item carrying trouble

By leveling up your stength...but a really fast way is by enchanting your armor with Feather!! It lets you carry however much you put into the enchantment....or you can enchant armor with adding Attributes like strength!! and you are good to go!

You could just put in the God mode cheat so you will be able to carry an unlimited amount of items. the cheat is press ~ and enter "tgm"
