I support President Bush 100%. If we pull out of Iraq, the terrorists will be here every day. He is a sincere person, who has made some mistakes, but I LOVE that he sticks to his principles no matter what the Popularity Contest polls say.

He was smart to start by being gracious about the new Speaker of the House and smart to end the address by focusing on some courageous, heroic people and deflect attention from himself. The garbage in between was old (9/11 ties to Iraq). His new domestic plan to tax the middle class to pay for health coverage for the wealthy was both original and shameful.

he actually mentioned AIDS in Africa... like uhhh... maybe we should be spending all this money saving those people instead of letting so many of our soldiers die in such a pointless war. oh wait... they don't have the oil rigs there... just a huge epidemic resulting from lack of education and resources... a huge problem that has an answer... it just needs the funding to take control over the epidemic and save the continent.

Well, so far I see about seven children that seem to think they have what it takes to run a country. You seem to have all of the answers, please tell us all exactly what you have done with your lives? I doubt if one of you listened to the President with an open mind. I think the speech was fine.
