I'm dancing a really fast and energy draining dance this year. The song is about 2 and a half minutes and the last thirty seconds are really hard. What should I do?

I usually have around some ricecakes with hummus or a cliff bar around when I dance and that keeps me through four hours of nonstop dance classes. dont drink too much water, only drink a lot when rehearsal ends, because if you drink a lot of water and then dance it makes you heavier and it's harder to jump and turn. Keep practicing you solo, the more you practice and get tired, the next day, your stamina level will be higher and you won't be as tired as you were before. Also try cardiovasular exercises like roller blading and running. They will increase your stamina level.

Improve your technique - that's what makes fast dances easier. Take some lessons specifically on technique.
Build your stamina. You still have time. Do cardio exersises.

you should train away from the dance floor. Run, swaim, to arobic exserces that will help your stamina. DOing many run throughs of the dance helps too.

Visualise an infinite source of energy flowing into you. If you really have the energy, it will distract you away from thinking that you don't.
