If you are under 18, you really don't have much of a choice. On the positive side, there are many ways to keep in touch now, instant messenger, email, cell. Just because you have to move away does not mean you have to leave your best friend behind.
Not knowing how far you have moved away, you could still visit your friends. Also, if you are serious about your boyfriend, you can consider this a test of your love for each other, cause over the course of a relationship, there will be far greater challenges than mere distance. This could end up strengthening your relationship.
It might also prove to be a breaking point. If its the worst case, then you will find out that he isn't the one. (and there are far more painful times and ways to find that out).
Not knowing your mom, I would assume that she means to do the best she can for you and would not have moved away for the purpose of making your life difficult. Maybe have a talk with her (try not to be upset) and find out why you had to move and how much your friends meant to you. I know my parents had to move a few times because of my father's job. It was best for us all in the long run.
I wish you the best of luck and may God bless.

This is really weird, cause my best friend just moved in with her mom cause her dad died and she had to leave all her friends and her bf. She couldn't do anything about it cause she is only 16. But we have plans to do stuff, when she is 18. Try to make the best out of what you have got. Just remeber that everything you miss, misses you just as much.

You left out the most important part of your question which is your age.
Under 18-you wait until you turn 18 and move back or you speak with her if you are adamant about staying and look into emancipating yourself.
Over 18-Your Mother cannot control your life anymore and must cut the apron strings.
Good Luck!

Your just going to have to put up with it for now. There has to be a reason that your Mom moved, even if you don't know it. Give the new place a chance and keep in contact with your friends. Perhaps they can visit on weekends or vise versa.

When you get old enough, you move back if you still want to.
