I kept last years: Quit smoking.
This year - get rid of weight gained from quitting smoking --- It's looking hopeful and achievable for me.
For me, New Years is "Advent" ... and then i renew my resolution Jan 1 ... and then I re-renew my resolution during "Lent" ... so I go with the Trinity approach and it seems to be working.
