Your dreams aren't neccesarily about who that love is. Maybe it's about a feeling you're longing for. Keep a dream diary...it's about the best way to gain insight into yourself!

There is nothing wrong with a dream. Everyone dreams, that is all they are us dreams. There is no reason for you to feel bad, in the back of your mind you are thinking about what it would be like if things were different. No reason to feel bad.

You obviously feel bad already.
If we lived in "perfect world" where you could talk about your true feelings with your spouse and be accepted, I'd say do that.
Unfortunately, you obviously don't have that type of marriage or else you would have talked to your spouse about it already. I hate to say that you need to sit on this, but it may just be for the best.
I would address your conversational issues with your spouse on a less volatile subject were I you, though. If you feel like you can't talk about something this benign, I hate to think of what else you're bottling.

If you were happy truly happy there would be no reason for formal lovers to enter your mind.Something in your life is not being met. Could it be you are missing your freedom a little.

I think its normal, I have thought of my first love often, not that I want to be with him but it nice to think back and day dream alittle.
I don't think its cheating and I certainly don't want to upset my husband. He knows that guy was special to me, but so is he. Why create heartache when there is no need.
Wish ya the best!

its totally ok
maybe you really liked that other person a lot and miss them
maybe some unresolved issues from that time and place
maybe you just liked his or her smile or nipples
don't feel bad, its totally ok, especially if you got permission from someone that its ok to fantasize

It could be that you are unhappy with something in your life. And what that/those people made you feel is something you miss.
