Some women don't feel any movement at all until up to 25 weeks.. so there isn't really a standard of what you, or anyone, "should" be feeling.
If you haven't felt any movement yet, then no... you won't feel it like a real strong kick. The intial feelings are like little butterfly taps inside... or like gas bubbles... From there, so long as they're growing steadily in strength/impact, you're fine.. and the baby's fine.
If you haven't felt it yet... try this.
When you wake up some morning, lie very still. move slowly so that you're laying on your side with your knees pulled up a bit.. in a relaxed "fetal" position... breathe deeply... and make sure everything around you is still... before long you'll feel a little tap-tap-tapping... that's your baby!!

It's different for everybody. For me, the kicks, more of a flutter, really, started about 18 weeks, then got stronger and stronger each week. I don't remember exactly, but I think that at about 24 weeks, the kicks were light, but unmistakeable.

It's not very strong at first. It'll feel like little flutters. It's wonderful!
