Bush's grin splits in half - good and evil. One side of his face smiles somewhat and the other frowns deeply. It freaks me out at times. See both sides of Bush - take a straight on photo of him smiling, fold it in half and set each half over a mirror. Scary!

I think his awkward grin is due to the fact that he is embarrassed because he has no clue what he's talking about.
