Google offers a personalized homepage. Go to google.com and in the top right corner youll see a link that says "personalized home." Clicking on it will send you to a site where you can add different useful and interesting gadget type things. One of them is called "Free Itunes Downloads" and it will list the top free downloads on itunes. you may also find other things you want on it, or you may find it to be an annoying page not worth your time. but it is the only place i know of that lists free itunes downloads

On itunes at the bottom There isn't a Definite list of everyone but on the Itunes store scroll down and it will say something like "Free on Itunes" and it will have some songs or videos...
