what are some steps that don't require gym equipment to build pec muscles?

try doing sets of push-ups. it's customary to do 3 sets of 8-12 repetitons. the last set could be performed with someone resting on your back for added weight. within 2 weeks you should begin to see a noticeable difference. perform the sit-ups one day on, the next day off. your pec muscles need time to recover.

well hello there.

if ure serious about pumping up that chest you should really buy a weight bench, (i got my bench for £60 not sure how much that is in USD.

make sure you have either dumbells or a bar at hand. you can then do the incline bench press with the bar or do the butterfly manovour with the dumbells.

if u want to get a six pack try an ab bench.

although u must remember to take in protein after an exrcise, because your body will need it to rebuild the muscle tissue that you just destroyed. (dont worry its normal.)

you must eat the right foods also to get any real gain from weight training. trust me, i got serious about it but im a skinny a$$ and i gave up. although im going to start again.


search google for bodybuilding or try bodybuilding.com. i know u didnt want the gym equiptment but it probably the best for gaining.

For pec muscles what I found most effective are push-ups...other than that, I have no idea what would be as effective.

Push ups.. or.. get two chairs.. and try doing dips between the two chairs.. Another way.. get a chair.. put your feet on the chair and hands on the floor.. and do a decline pushup..

Do Push-ups and get some dumbbells to bench press with!

pushups dont make you bigger....thay just define your muscles and make you stronger
