If the web page is online and you are using Internet Explorer go to file, then Save As and pick a folder on your hard drive to save the web page to.

If you are using FrontPage open the document in FrontPage and also open the page you want to copy the information to. Hold the left mouse button down and drag it over everything you wish to copy until it is highlighted. Right click and select "Cut".
Go to the web page you wish to place the info on and left click where you want it to go and select "paste". The information should now be pasted onto the new web page. Just save the web page and there you go...

Other than that, depending on your software, it can be identical to doing so in between MS Office apps.
