NaAl(OH)4 would technically be correct, because sodium and aluminum ions together have a 4+ charge and you would need four negative charges to balance it, since you did not say ion.

two metals will never combined to form a compound... it just doesn't happen. you cannot have two metals in a compound... I have never heard of one, and besides sodium aluminum hydroxide does not have a msds (material safety data sheet) which every compound that exists must have.
